Elizabeth had 35 single-family sales in September, down 27.1% from 48 a year earlier. Homes spent an average of 104 days on the market, compared with 53. The median sale price was $630,900, nearly unchanged from $630,925 a year earlier, the September Elizabeth market update reports. Elizabeth’s year-to-date sales were down 23.4% to 307.
The figures cover single-family homes. The reports caution that small sample sizes can make monthly activity look extreme, so September’s comparisons alone do not establish a lasting trend.
