Kiowa County renewable energy impact fees

The Kiowa County Hospital District adopted an impact-fee schedule for renewable energy development, with Kiowa County collecting fees on the District’s behalf to fund proportional facility and service needs. The adopted schedule sets a total fee of $11,788.39 per megawatt.
