Sedgwick County 911 surcharge

The Colorado PUC considered Sedgwick County Emergency Telephone Service Authority's request to raise its monthly emergency telephone charge from $2.17 to $3.50 to support communications-center operations and equipment. Staff recommended approval; commissioners voiced agreement.
