Adobe Creek Solar Project

Kiowa County’s 1041 permitting and oversight of the Adobe Creek Solar Project, a proposed utility-scale solar facility of about 500 megawatts, includes agreements to mitigate projected effects on local public services and infrastructure. The county-issued permit is dated August 7, 2026.
