Kiowa County renewable energy impact fees

Kiowa County has adopted an impact-fee schedule for renewable energy projects to help fund impacts on county facilities and services, including those of the fire and hospital districts. The fees are generally treated as mitigation under the county’s 1041 regulations, subject to project-specific impacts not covered by the study.
