Kiowa County renewable energy impact fees

Kiowa County commissioned a study of impact fees for utility-scale solar and wind projects reviewed under its 1041 process. The study recommends a fee of $11,788 per installed megawatt to help cover project-related public-service and infrastructure costs; it does not establish whether the recommendation has been adopted.
