Kiowa County renewable energy impact fees

Kiowa County is evaluating how renewable energy projects should pay for project-related impacts, including roads, emergency services, landfill capacity, and other public facilities. The county's 1041 development impact fee study is under review after an independent analysis challenged several of its assumptions and proposed amounts.
