Phantom Creek development

Elbert County is reviewing Phantom Creek Ranch, a proposed subdivision of about 106 acres into seven lots of at least 10 acres, with roughly 33 acres of open space. Planning Commission and Board of County Commissioners hearings are scheduled in the county review process.
