Blue Sky Ranch development
Elbert County is reviewing the Blue Sky Ranch PUD amendment, formerly Miller Ranch, which would increase the development from 193 to 842 homes. Review includes water supply, utilities, parks and trails, and emergency access and wildfire requirements.
