Ridge at Spring Valley development

Elbert County is reviewing the service plan for five metropolitan districts proposed to provide infrastructure and services for The Ridge at Spring Valley, a large residential development; the plan has received a Planning Commission recommendation and is before the Board of County Commissioners.
