Elbert County Shepherd solar project

Elbert County is reviewing BayWa r.e.'s proposed Shepherd Solar and Storage Project near Matheson, including a utility-scale solar facility, battery storage, access roads and related infrastructure. Agency comments are addressing wildlife, drainage, traffic, air quality, and fire-safety requirements before approval.
