Elizabeth Main Street streetscape project

The Town of Elizabeth is resolving its construction agreement for the Main Street Streetscape Project after disputes over scope, change orders, delays and incomplete or defective work; the agreement provides for termination and a final settlement payment subject to the statutory claims process.
